We are going to dive into one of the most amazing stories ever written: The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. We will dissect this timeless tale through projects, art, creative writing, and, discussion. Our writing textbook will center around topics from science, history, literature, and other engaging topics so that even the most reluctant of writers will take interest.

REQUIRED MATERIALS:

• Structure and Style Year 1 Level B Student Binder and Packet

• Chronicles of Narnia books: 

  • The Magician's Nephew 

  • The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe 

  • ​The Silver Chair

  • Voyage of the Dawn Treader 

    • Note: We've linked the Chronicle of Narnia Series but will only be reading 4 of the 8 books for class. You may want to buy each book individually. ​​

• Writing paper

• Writing utensils
